Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) -  A Rochester man who was accused of planting concealed cameras in bathrooms and videotaping at least two dozen women pleaded guilty Tuesday.

The Olmsted County Attorney’s Office filed 25 counts of interfering with privacy against 32-year-old Stephen Kulzer last March. A female friend contacted Rochester police after she visited Kulzer’s home and discovered a concealed video camera in a plant in his bathroom.

Police met with Kulzer and he admitted to hiding the camera - and three others.

Police say he planted one in another bathroom at his home at 4296 Trumpeter Drive SE, another one in a bathroom at a shop he worked at in the 800 block of Homestead Village Lane SE and a third one in a bathroom at a site in the 300 block of Woodlake Dr SE.

Police were able to determine the video recordings involved at least 24 women, some who had been recorded multiple times. The recordings dated back to 2011 and continued until Kulzer was contacted by police.

His trial was scheduled to start Tuesday but he accepted a plea agreement and pleaded guilty to four of the 25 counts. He is scheduled to be sentenced in April.
