Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Three residents of a Rochester group home for recovering alcoholics are being credited with helping arrest an intoxicated man who forced his way inside early Sunday.

Officers were called to the home located in the 600 block of 1st St SW around 3 a.m. and found two men and a woman holding the intruder.

They told the officers the man knocked on the door and barged in, pushing aside one of the residents. He then sat down in a chair and began drinking from a bottle of wine he had with him. Another resident of the home confronted the man and a struggle broke out.

A female resident who heard the commotion used some pepper spray to finally subdue the man, identified as 32-year-old Randell Bell. He is now facing a felony burglary charge.
