Rochester, MN  (KROC AM News) -   A Rochester man who pleaded guilty in May to charges stemming from a  child pornography investigation earlier this year that led to the arrests of seven men was sentenced Monday.

53-year-old Mark Pine admitted to a single count of possession of child pornography. He was facing an additional charge of dissemination of child pornography. That was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

Pine was placed on probation for up to 5 years, ordered to serve 3 weeks in jail and perform 100 hours of community work service. He will also be required to attend a sex offender program and register as a predatory offender.
