Rochester Man Sentenced for Sending Sexual Messages to Teen
Rochester, MN ( KROC AM News) - A Rochester man has been placed on probation for three years after pleading guilty to exchanging digital messages that were sexual in nature with a 14 year old girl.
The felony case against 42 year old Jeremy Mollert was filed last year after the girl told police they were exchanging messages for a few weeks and that he had also sent her images of nude males and females. Police say Mollert admitted sending the sexually explicit images through Facebook.
Mollert has also been ordered to pay nearly $600 in fines and fees and serve 30 days in jail.
