After Ali refused to leave, the driver opened the passenger door and again ordered him out of the car. That’s when he was attacked and suffered about a half a dozen non-life-threatening leg-hand and arm injuries, along with a cut behind one of his ears.

Ali was also given a stayed 21 month prison sentence and was ordered to complete 100 hours of community work service.
