Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Don’t bother looking - it was never delivered.

Customers of the Rochester Post Bulletin who were looking for their Friday edition of the newspaper can stop searching.

With the new year, the newspaper began its revised delivery schedule that eliminates the Friday edition. The cost-cutting move was announced just over a month ago. The paper also made a cost-cutting move in 2016 when it decided to eliminate its holiday editions.

It was also learned this week the paper has parted ways with one of its veteran reporters, Kay Fate.

Here’s how she was described by the paper:

“ Kay has been the Post Bulletin’s public safety reporter since 2012, providing court and crime coverage, as well as breaking news. She was born and raised in Iowa, where she got her teaching degree, but her career somehow became journalism.”
