Rochester, MN (KROC AM News)  - A Rochester man was arraigned Thursday on an aggravated robbery charge, accused of holding up a business at the Crossroads Shopping Center at knifepoint during Wednesday’s bomb scare.

Officers found 39 year old Chad Hatton about a block away from the Fish and Pets Store after they responded to a 911 call from the business around 2 PM.

Hatton is also expected to be charged with a theft at the Walgreens store near the Crossroads Shopping Center the day before the robbery.
