Rochester Robbery Suspect Released

Rochester, MN  (KROC AM News) - A man who was taken into custody Monday as a suspect in last week’s armed robbery of the Sun Tan City business has been released without being charged.

A Rochester police spokesman says the Olmsted County Attorney’s office doesn’t feel there is enough evidence at this time to charge 21-year-old Dushawn Minor with being involved in the robbery.

Minor was charged with aggravated robbery in the August holdup of the Staybridge Suites but later pleaded guilty to a lesser charge and was put on probation for two years.
