The other suspect has been identified as 18-year-old Jordan Johnson. According to the criminal complaint, he is the one who set up the victim who was robbed at knifepoint near the downtown Dec. 21st. The victim says he was robbed of his phone charger and $300 in cash.

The victim is described as vulnerable and was friends with Johnson. The victim’s caretaker suspected Johnson set him up.
