Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) -  The Rochester teenager who is accused of shooting three men at the Parkside Mobile Home Park Monday was arraigned on six criminal charges Thursday.

Conditional bail for 19 year old Courtney Ocegueda was set at $500,000. He is facing two counts each of 2nd degree murder, attempted 1st degree murder and attempted 2nd degree murder.

According to the criminal complaint, Ocegueda was robbed earlier in the day by the three shooting victims. He admitted taking a loaded gun to the site of the shooting, although he did not know they were there at the time.  He says he began firing when he saw the three from a distance of 15 - 20 feet and emptied the gun’s 15 round magazine. He later went to Faribault where he was apprehended the next day.

Court records show Ocegueda is currently on probation for an armed robbery conviction from a 2013 incident involving a gun. He was given a stayed four year prison sentence and placed on probation for 20 years. Ocegueda was also convicted of a 2012 robbery.
