Rochester, MN (KROC AM News)  – A Rochester woman says she was grabbed early Thursday morning by a strange man in front of her home.

The 23-year-old says she returned to her home in the 100 block of Grande Isle Ave. SW near the 2nd St. fire station around 1:30 a.m.

She parked on the street and was walking to her residence when a man on a bicycle rode up and stopped. The woman told police the man was trying to communicate with her in broken English.  As she turned away, she says the man came up from behind and began trying to hug and kiss her.  She says the man also reached between her legs before she was able to get free and went inside her home.

She describes the man as Middle Eastern in appearance with glasses and in his 20’s.
