Yesterday on the main stage at Rochesterfest was really a treat.  A huge thank you to all of the performers on stage who serenaded the crowd downtown! Down to the wire here with the final few performances of the night things really heated up!

Mickaela Meyers starts out this video with her rendition of 'Hero'.  Later in the second round at the very end we heard from Mary of the local band 'Incognito' who was sitting at the judges table with myself and she treated us all to Sara Bareilles' 'Brave' while the ones in charge tabulated the scores.  Later we went into the final four, each of those four competing for $ 300.   Get ready for some ear candy because none of them disappointed.  How fun this was!  After the competition was over, the man behind the karoke spinnin' tunes, Chris Deguise let a few people who wanted to get up and sing do that, and I have a little bit of footage of some young kids singing Carly Rae Jepsen's 'Call Me Maybe.'  Enjoy!

The event was hosted by Megan Kennedy and Tom Overlie; the judges Michelle Westberg, myself and Mary Lieser; and the event co-chair was Trent Dernbach.
