Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News0 - A man described by police as a serial burglar has worked out a plea agreement with Olmsted County prosecutors.

44-year-old Brian Williams was arrested in May as the suspect for dozens of business break-ins in the Rochester area earlier this year. He ended up being charged with 7 burglaries or attempted burglaries in Olmsted County and on Thursday he entered guilty pleas in 3 of those cases.

Olmsted County Attorney Mark Ostrem says the 3 convictions are enough to push Williams to the maximum end of the state sentencing guidelines for his crimes. He is scheduled to be sentenced November 30th, and still faces charges connected to some business burglaries in Dodge County.
