Spring 2014 Fashions

NEW YORK (AP) - It's still chilly in much of the country, but it's time to think Spring.  Retailers are stocking their spring fashions and skin is in.Hayley Phelan, a fashion editor at Lucky magazine, says crop tops are the hot ticket.  She notes even if your abs aren't runway-worthy, a crop top can be paired with a high-waisted skirt or slacks.  As for color, Ken Downing of Neiman Marcus says look for every shade of pink.
