Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - An area man has been charged with soliciting sex from a local prostitute - not her, but her granddaughters.

A criminal complaint has been filed in Olmsted County Court against 54 year old Michael Loren Rosolack, who has a rural Stewartville address.

The criminal complaint says the prostitute told police that Rosolack had been paying her for sex on a regular basis dating back to 2001. The woman initially met with Rochester police in 2011 and told an investigator of her concerns about Rosolack because he frequently talked about having sex with children. The woman says she was concerned because Rosolack inspected homes and daycare centers where children are present.

Rosolack was busted in a local prostitution sting in January and pleaded guilty last month. That’s when investigators recalled his name from the conversation with the woman. The woman told an investigator Rosolack offered her money for sex with her grandchildren. He also asked for their underwear.

Rosolack is already awaiting trial on charges of having sexual contact with a young girl in 2013. He was  charged with a similar case in Fillmore County but was acquitted by a jury in November.
