The Cat That Adopted a Puppy

You've heard that old saying, "the world is going to the dogs!" Some days it goes to the dogs, some days it goes to the cats!

You would think a cat would not accept a dog, or a puppy, but check this out. After his mother was hit by a car, a two-day old Chihuahua puppy ended up in an animal shelter. There weren't any dogs nursing that could feed him, so the shelter workers put him in with a cat. The cat accepted the puppy as part of her litter! They've bonded!

Gwen the cat and Bobby the Chihuahua puppy were taken in by the Michigan Humane Society. They waiting for someone to adopt them both.
