This 15-Year-Old That Will Make You Cry with His Joy of Life #donatelife

I've said it so many times, I'm afraid I bore people. You LITERALLY save lives and change lives when you become an organ donor. But I'm not sure I've ever been able to find the right words to help people truly understand how it feels to receive the gift of life. This young man from my home-town does it. And he does it in less than a minute!

First, some back story. In Detroit, there's a 15-year-old in Detroit named Trevor Sullivan. He'd been waiting for a heart transplant, and after nine months, got one just before Thanksgiving on November 13th.

This is back in the news because his family posted a video of Trevor waking up from the surgery, and he is so happy to be alive, to be able to breath....just to be. Please, check it out. Trevor perfectly expresses what recipients feel, but have a hard time putting into words...
