Baudette, MN (Minnesota News Network) -  Police in Lake of the Woods County are searching for three men whose boat was found capsized on the lake Saturday.

Sheriff Gary Fish says they were last seen Friday night leaving a resort on Oak Island, on the northern side of Lake of the Woods.

Deputies, Border Patrol Agents, and DNR officers are searching for 28-year-old Keith Ayers, 24-year-old Cody Ostendorf, and 22-year-old Justin Haugtvedt, all from Baudette. Their 16-foot boat was found capsized Saturday afternoon.

Meanwhile three teenage duck hunters were rescued from Fish Lake in northeast Minnesota by deputies after their boat overturned in the dark.

Investigators say the boat took on water and capsized, stranding the teens. Two of them used floating decoy bags to help them get to shore, but a third was found hanging onto the overturned boat. They were picked up by deputies and treated at the scene. Officers say they had life jackets in the boat but were not wearing them.
