Treasure In Your Garage?

Have you cleaned out your garage lately?   If not, it might be time to think about a garage sale.  

According to a new study, the average American family is storing almost $2,800 worth of stuff in their garage.   Of course this does not include cars.  In fact almost half of people have so much stuff in their garage that there’s no room to even park a car in there anymore.

So what is so valuable?  The seven most common things people store in their garages include: tools, ladders, garden equipment, workout and sports equipment, bikes, wood and refrigerators.

Guess it might be time for me to part ways with some old lawn chairs, extra golf bags and an old Slip-N-Slide I don’t use anymore.  I even have an extra Christmas tree stashed away in the back corner.   Who knows, maybe I can make a couple of bucks…
