Two fatalities on Minnesota roads yesterday.  35 year old Alyssa Winters of Mankato died at the scene when her Chevy Prius was broadsided by another car heading east on Highway 14 in Blue Earth County.

According to the State Patrol report, Winters was traveling north on County Road 48 around 9 o'clock Saturday morning and failed to stop when crossing 14.  The driver and passenger in the other car were taken to a Mankato hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Another person died last night around 6 o'clock in a head on crash in North Branch, Minnesota when the car drifted across the center line on Hiway 95.  The State Patrol has not released the name of the deceased.  The other driver was taken to Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids with non-life threatening injuries.

Two more were injured Saturday morning in Wabasha County when their Jeep Grand Cherokee hit a patch of ice and rolled over on Highway 63.  According to the State Patrol, both were taken to St. Mary's Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
