Looks like things could get messy Saturday, nothing new for a Rochesterfest Weekend, right? Here's the deal...

It's going to be a beautiful sunny day today, cooler than it could be, but not like last night at the Karaoke Extravaganza. Whoo-boy, it got a li'l chilly, eh? I thought it might, so I win the "who brought an extra jacket" award.

Saturday'll be a lot warmer, but, the peeps that know say we'll see showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon, and some might be severe.

(NWS) Some of the storms may become severe, producing damaging winds, hail, and frequent lightning. Those with activities Saturday afternoon and evening need to be aware of the weather, and plan accordingly.

So, it sounds like things'll be fine up until later, hope that doesn't mess with the Kiwanis Golf Ball Drop or the Pink Out Cancer Night at the Deer Creek Speedway!  I'll be at both, but it isn't that I'm selfish, it's that both are fundraisers and I hope they make a ton of money, not puddles.
