What Does The Dog Say? Hello!

Some experts say that dogs can understand about 165 words. But how many can they speak? Well the dog in this video can clearly say one. Listen as he says "Hello" repeatedly. Maybe he's just mimicking or maybe he's actually greeting his humans.

In the meantime, I'll keep trying to communicate with my dog Brock to understand when he's hungry and when he needs to go outside. His actions for both are very similar. (If only he could say "food" or "potty").
