You're sitting at a desk doing your job all day long. That's on top of the sitting to get back and forth to your job. Throw in some sitting at the table for breakfast and dinner. You might be sitting at your desk eating lunch, unless your sitting in the break room.

That's a lot of sitting during the day.

There's one thing you can do to balance all that sitting.

Phoenyx Austin is a doctor with her own channel on YouTube. Her specialty is sports medicine. She says there's one stretch you should be doing once an hour to loosen up from all that sitting down on the job.

The "prayer squat" might feel weird, but not too uncomfortable. If it hurts, stop doing it. It's supposed to strengthen your legs, stretch your Achilles and help with lower back pain.

Give it a try. It should balance out all that sitting down.
