When A Car Reaches A Milestone

My car recently turned over 100,000 miles. I kind of felt like I should do something to special to mark the occasion but I wasn't sure what exactly to do. Maybe I should have just pulled the car over to the side of the road and just sat there and reminisced about all the wonderful places my car has taken me. But instead, I just sort of looked at the odometer, smiled, shrugged my shoulders and just kept driving.

In retrospect, I should have gone ahead with some sort of celebration. At the very least I could have done what the two guys in the video did. Guess I'll have to wait for the next big milestone...like 150,000 miles. All I need is a couple of noisemakers and my smartphone video camera and I'm all set. I'll try to remember to post it here in about four years.
