When Kids and Pets Get Quiet…

You know as well as I do the time to START worrying is when your kids and your pets get really, really quiet...

We'd gotten everything we needed yesterday. Instead of the huge-mungous family-size bags of chips, we went with the individual ones so everybody got enough chips. That argument is a whole different story.

We keep tellin' the kids not to leave food or wrappers laying around. We make sure the kids watch their plates and anything on the table or the kitchen counter. We're kinds flexible about food in the living room, but there's no food downstairs. Which is where we're always finding all kinds of things: gum wrappers, candy wrappers, chip bags.

We'd noticed that it got really quiet and we couldn't figure out where Maize had gotten off to...

...Until we saw this ~

Yep, that's Maize, shredding her chip bag after emptying it!
