Some folks on West River Parkway drive like they're in training for the Gopher 50 at Deer Creek Speedway! It's that winding stretch, behind the north Hy Vee and along that park there, that's 35, then drops down to 30 behind Crenlo. It pretty much stays at 30 coming across Civic Center Drive, on downtown.

Now, I'll admit, I've got a lead foot m'self. I've tailgated. There's nothing worse than having somebody hug your rear bumper. I was trying to stay at the speed limit the other day, and I had someone riding my backdraft for a few blocks.

(It looked nothing like this...)

Allstate crunched some number to find the best and worst drivers in the country. The rankings are based on things like the average number of years people go between accidents, and the overall accident rate in the 200 biggest cities. Rochester was not ranked.

The worst drivers in the country are in Boston. This is the second year in a row Boston has been ranked worst! Madison, Wisconsin comes in third for the best drivers. Minneapolis was ranked at 81 last year, but dropped to 125! St. Paul was 121st last year, and dropped to 171st!

If you're planning a family road trip this summer, check out the other rankings here.
