Roseville, MN (KROC AM News) -  Time is running out for the holder of a Powerball lottery ticket that was sold in Minnesota last year.

It was sold in Hennepin County and is worth $1 million - and it expires in less than two weeks.

State lottery officials say the ticket has to be turned in and verified by March 26th or it will expire and the money will be split by the states that participate in the Powerball game.

A $1 million Powerball ticket that was sold in California last year expired Thursday night.California lottery officials recently released a surveillance video of the man who bought the ticket in hopes of locating him. A spokesman says a man did eventually show up but said he had lost the ticket.
