So now that we are into 2014, many have made some resolutions.   Mine this year is going to be to keep moving.   I plan on trying hard to not spend as much time sitting still or relaxing, or just plain being lazy.  I may be an expert at the lazy part, but I plan on working at that this year.   I will see how it goes.   Whats your resolution?   This is a video that talks about the science behind New Year's resolutions.
