Winona teenager Easton Gamoke makes a full court three-pointer to win basketball game in overtime...AMAZING!

 

WINONA, Minn. (AP) — You might think a Winona eighth-grader's game-winning, full-court shot at a basketball tournament in Wisconsin would be a once-in-a-lifetime sinker.

The tournament game in Holmen, Wis., Sunday was a nail biter. With seconds left on the clock, the Winona Running Rebels team and its opponent were tied. Easton Gamoke  heaved the ball down the court and through the net to win the game.

As the 13-year-old was later basking in accolades from his teammates at Winona Middle School and others, and his shot was getting click after click on You Tube, a TV news crew stopped by for an interview. KSMP-TV says Gamoke's head coach, teammate and even the reporter tried to recreate the shot, but weren't even close. Then Gamoke stepped up and defied the odds, making another full-court swish on his first try.
