Wreck in Northeast Iowa Kills Spring Grove Man

Undated (KROC AM News) - Three people from Spring Grove, Minnesota were involved in a traffic wreck just across the border in northern Iowa and one was killed.

The single vehicle wreck happened Sunday afternoon in Winneshiek County. Authorities say an SUV driven by 24-year-old Casey Buxengard was travelling at a high rate of speed when he lost control and crashed. The vehicle rolled several times.

Buxengard and 25-year-old Justin Vincek were ejected. Vincek died at the scene. Another passenger,  26-year-old Lindsey Buxengard, escaped serious injuries.
