We’ve been sitting indoors way too long this winter! It is time to stretch, let the stress of the snow melt away…and you can make all this happen at a vineyard in Southeast Minnesota! Yoga & Wine is back at Four Daughters Vineyard & Winery!

I am already getting the eye roll because some of you just don’t like yoga or have professed that you will never try it. Hold on one sec…and let me tell you something first before that thought is set in your head.

First off…I get it. I’m right there with you. I’m not very good at yoga, mostly because I think I drink too much coffee to relax. I also have hips that have caused me MAJOR issues and are extremely stiff so I feel like a turd when I try to create a position that the instructor demonstrates. It just it looks like I’m not moving at all. The positive though = My body always feels better after a good stretch. I also get a little time for me, and life with three kids, a radio job and running a wellness website, well…the “me” time is limited.

Push the doubt away and schedule this “me” time for yourself, grab a girlfriend and enjoy this yoga moment…cause there is WINE at the end! (you could get Loon Juice or Sangria as well if that is more of your thing)

If you are planning on taking a few classes, they are also offering a season pass this year where you can attend as many classes as you want for $200 (plus tax). Of course, the drink is still part of that deal and you can enjoy that after every class you attend.

If you love good food, I'd suggest staying for something to eat.  The restaurant here is amazing and actually won a huge award as a Top 10 Restaurant in the United States.  I wrote about that just a few months ago.

Listen to Jessica Williams weekdays from 10am until 2pm on Y105FM and 12pm until 6pm on 103.1 KFIL!
