At Least Three Apparent Weekend Drownings in Minnesota
Undated (KROC AM News) - It was a deadly weekend on Minnesota lakes. There were at least three apparent drownings, possibly four.
Two of the victims were women who disappeared while swimming in lakes in the Twin Cities on Saturday. Their bodies were later recovered.
A 7-year-old girl was unresponsive when she was pulled from a lake in Bloomington Sunday. She was later pronounced dead at a hospital.
A 3-year-old boy vanished while playing on a water trampoline in a central Minnesota lake on Saturday. He was found unresponsive under the trampoline in Lake Alexander. As of Monday morning, his medical condition was unknown.
