What Does ‘Lady Driven’ Mean?
I'm not getting up on a high-horse here, but we're having fun trying to figure out what EXACTLY does 'lady drive' or 'lady driven' mean when used in a car ad.
It could be a positive thing like: women are more careful drivers and take better care of their vehicles.

Clever Kid Says What?
If you're not a parent, please forgive me for just a moment or two because I just have to say this: KIDS SAY THE DARNDEST THINGS! In this instance, I'm not even talking about my kids.
What Every Snowplow Driver Wants You to Know
When the snow hits, we all know we should be on our best behavior behind the wheel, but are we? Not always.
How to Make Friends 101
I wear a lot of hats. I guess a lot of people could say that these days, but since I'm part-time employed in a few places in this town, it really does pertain to me! One of the things I love to do is 'The Chat' in the Rochester Post-Bulletin with Jen Koski and a handful of other fab women...
Things You Need to Stop Doing for Your Kid
Yesterday, I posted a blog from the Red Tricycle website about my favorite topic: training your teenagers. An Amazing 56-Hour Transplant
In another part of my professional life I am a co-host for Mayo Clinic Radio. It's a weekly program that takes my interest in the world of medicine (thanks for saving my life chemo and radiation!) and combines it with my gift of gab.
Recently, I was part of a radio interview about a topic that nearly left me speechless...
Help Tracy Pick Her Glasses!
2017 has brought a great opportunity to my doorstep, or in other words it pays to get older!
A time comes in every girl's life when she can't exactly read the printing on the bottom of her lipstick tube. It's a wonderful time that leads to the opportunity to get magical glasses called 'progressives...

This Eating Habit Isn’t Weird If YOU Do It Too
Recently Scott Foley from the "Scandal" posted a video on his Instagram feed of a protein-boosting weird eating habit he and his family enjoy. They put peanut butter on their scrambled eggs.
What?!
It sounds gross to me, but I'll give it a go the next time I make scrambled eggs...
