Beer And Bacon Are Being Celebrated In St. Paul This Weekend
If this event is anything like it sounds, St. Paul will be packed this weekend. CHS Field, home to the St. Paul Saints, will be hosting the Beer and Bacon Classic tomorrow, mmm beer and bacon. The event will feature some locally brewed beer and chefs from various restaurants serving up some bacon concoctions. Plus, you can bob for bacon!
Saturday's delicious sounding event will offer more than 100 craft beers from Lift Bridge Brewery (Stillwater), 612 Brew (St. Paul), and Yoerg Brewing (Lowertown St. Paul), Bent Brewstillery (Roseville) and other regional breweries. And local chefs will bring in bacon dishes from restaurants including the Parlour St. Paul, and Psycho Suzi’s Motor Lodge.
The base level tickets let you sample unlimited bacon dishes and beer, and you can wander the concourse and the baseball field filled with music and lawn games. Entry times are 1 and 6 p.m. If you want more details about the Bacon and Beer Classic you can head here!
With all that bacon and beer you might just have to bring along a hammock.
