Here, in all their glory, are the best town names in Minnesota from A to Z. Right off, I'm going to admit that this isn't any kind of scientific study, or worldwide poll or anything like that.

I was inspired by a post from a website named OnlyInYourState, titled "These 15 Towns in Minnesota Have the Strangest Names You'll Ever See" and I decided that I'd simply choose my favorite Minnesota town names.

The names of these towns aren't necessarily strange (although I think many of them are), or funny (although a few of them made me laugh out loud), or anything. I just read through a Wikipedia list of all the town names in Minnesota and picked the best one starting with each letter of the alphabet.

I thought about making comments about each one, but instead I decided just to let you all enjoy them for what they are. And to make your own jokes, comments or realizations about them among yourselves.

Take a look at them and if you think you've got a Minnesota town name that should be here instead, tell us about it. Enjoy!
