Apps have become so ingrained within our society from how we socialize, how we learn, and just how we function, and so every year we get to see which apps were downloaded the most.

Nationaltoday.com shares some interesting facts about apps such as “the average mobile phone user has 60 to 90 apps installed on their phone,” and in addition, “87% of smartphone owners download  3+ apps per year.” Woah!

I did not know that WhatsApp had a business app, but I love and appreciate that it does. Startuptalky.com explains that WhatsApp Business “targets small business owners dealing with a few client requests daily. It has a similar user design to the consumer WhatsApp app, with a few extra functions."

Another app I haven’t heard of before, but according to startuptalky.com, Telegram is “a cloud-based, cross-platform, encrypted instant messaging service, offers optional end-to-end encrypted video calling, VoIP, file sharing, and other services… The monthly active users on Telegram surpassed 700 million in June 2022.”
