“Cans For Kids” Day Is Saturday at Ronald McDonald House
This Saturday (October 4th) is another “Cans For Kids” Collection Day at the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester.
A McNeilus truck will be in the parking lot of the Ronald McDonald House (850 2nd St SW) accepting aluminum cans and pop tabs from 8am until noon. In appreciation, McDonald’s restaurants will provide a beverage coupon for each person making a donation.
All proceeds raised from this recycling event will directly support families with ill children, who call the Ronald McDonald House a “home away from home” while seeking medical care at the Mayo Clinic.
Over the past seven years, Cans for Kids collection events have raised over $13,000. Donate your cans and make a difference!
