Twenty-one-year-old Lauren Li slipped into the icy river while trying to help her friend -- who fell in trying to retrieve his cell phone.  Twenty-six-year-old Ken Hoang died in the river and his body was recovered Monday morning.  Li's boyfriend also jumped in the river but was rescued and was discharged from the hospital yesterday.  Li was a University of Minnesota student visiting friends in town, and police say alcohol likely played a role in the incident.
