Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A busy Rochester street reopened to traffic Monday.

The section of Civic Center Dr. between 4th and 11th avenues was closed to through traffic two weekends ago due to an unexpected issue related to a nearby utility project.

The city Public Works Dept. says the closure “was the most cost-effective solution and proved to be the option with the shortest impact to the public.”
