
Twin Cities Woman Injured in Southeast Minnesota Crash
La Crescent, MN (KROC-AM News)- A woman from the Twin Cities was taken to a hospital following a crash in southeast Minnesota.

The State Patrol says the two-vehicle crash occurred shortly before 9:45 Sunday morning.
Both drivers were the only people involved in the collision.

Brooklyn Park, MN Woman Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash at Intersection in La Crescent
The crash occurred at the intersection of Hwy. 61 and 4th St. in La Crescent.
An SUV traveling east on 4th St. collided with a car heading south on Hwy. 61, the state crash report says.
24-year-old Hope Nhou Jah Vang was driving the car. The Brooklyn Park woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital in La Crosse for further care, the State Patrol says.
77-year-old Charles Newton Wallace of Houston, MN was driving the SUV. He escaped the crash without injuries, according to the State Patrol.
Alcohol was not involved and both motorists were buckled up, the state crash report indicates.
The Houston County Sheriff’s Office, La Crescent Police Department, La Crescent Fire Department and Tri County Ambulance also responded to the two-vehicle crash.
