Don’t Forget About Dessert!

Most desserts are loaded with sugar, and so many sinful, but delicious ingredients.
The National Day Calendar website states that,
“Desserts can be from a list of many things including cakes, cookies, jello, pastries, ice cream, pies, pudding, candy and fruit.”
Throughout the years,desserts have drastically changed from simple creations to elaborate souffles and multi-layered cakes.
“The very first desserts required minimal effort or preparation since ancient cultures were more focused on the nutrition in foods in order to survive.”
Does anyone ever really need an excuse to indulge in a sinful delicious dessert? All of you people with a sweet tooth, this is your day, go and celebrate!
