Dying Father Gets Wish To See Son Graduate

Greg Woods is dying and he had just one wish…to watch his son graduate.  His wish was granted when the principal of Mortimer Jordan High School in Jefferson County, Alabama agreed to have a ceremony where Kyle, along with some classmates, would be able to receive his diploma one week early and share that moment with his dad. A father’s wish granted, a son’s prayer answered.  The school videotaped the ceremony so that Kyle can cherish the memory.  It's nearly impossible to watch this and not shed a tear or two.
