Olmsted County & Family Service Rochester are excited to sponsor the annual community-wide Back-to-School Rally, hosted by P.A.C.E! The event affords children and families an opportunity to kick-off the school year in a fun-filled way! Come out and enjoy FREE food, Haircuts, Face Painting, Henna, a Petting Zoo, and Dunk Tank; as well as a wealth of family-friendly resource information from community organizations throughout the Rochester area.
