Friends of the Library Book Sale

• Hours:
  • Thursday, February 6th from 5pm.- 7pm (For Friends Members - memberships can be purchased at the door)
  • Friday, February 7th from 10am - 5:30pm
  • Saturday, February 8th from 10am - 5:30pm
  • Sunday, February 9th from 12pm - 4pm
• Shop for used books, DVD's, music CD's, and sheet music at great prices.

Polar Plunge

• Saturday, February 8th starting at 12:00 pm
• 880 people are scheduled to jump in the Polar Plunge and help raise funds for Special Olympics Minnesota

Mini Golf & Chairs

• November 13th 2024 until May 4th, 2025
• Play mini golf at the Rochester Art Center.  $5 for a Play Pass includes one round of mini golf.  Punch card for $45 includes ten rounds of mini golf.

13th Annual Youth Ice Fishing Expo

• Saturday, February 15th
• Free admission!  Fishing gear is provided upon request.  Just show up ready to learn and fish.  Prizes - drawings - trophies.  For kids ages 3 to 15.

Ebony Night 2025: Rochester Branch of the NAACP Presents UMR Black Student Union

• February 15th at 5:30 pm
• Enjoy this fun evening led by the University of Minnesota Rochester's Black Student Union.  The night will consist of poetry, presentations and performances, and end with a youth dance party.

Sleigh Rides

• February 15th
• Sleigh rides are back on February 15th at the History Center of Olmsted County! Bundle the kids up and come out for the sleigh riding fun...they are free but donations will be accepted and will go to Special Olympics.

Puzzle Night

• February 19th

A Chair Affair

Puzzle Contest

• February 28th
• Work in teams to see who can complete a 500-piece jigsaw puzzle in the shortest amount of time.  The fastest three teams will receive a collection of gift cards to local restaurants and businesses.  Cost is $50/team and includes the puzzle that you get to keep.

Learn To Curl
