It's not every day that celebrities show up in Southeast Minnesota but this Friday, September 16th, head over to Austin, Minnesota because there is going to be a sighting.

Everyone is invited on Friday to Austin, Minnesota for the "Our Hometown Celebration - The Power of Food, People and Purpose" event.  The entire night is being hosted by Hormel Foods with a focus on helping with local hunger relief.  Anyone who attends is encouraged to bring canned goods to the free concert.  Oh, yeah, that's where the celeb comes in!

"American Idol" winner Phillip Phillips will be in Austin, Minnesota on Friday for the event performing for the crowd.

According to the Facebook event, Chayce Beckham will also be a special guest at the event.

Food Donation Items Collected at Free Concert in Austin, Minnesota

If you are planning on attending the concert at the SPAM Museum, consider bringing one or more of the following food items for food collection:

• Peanut Butter
• Canned Tuna or Chicken
• Canned Fruit
• Pantry staples such as salt, sugar, vegetable oil, etc.
