
Two Lives Lost in Late-Night Crash at Rural Minnesota Intersection
Lamberton, MN (KROC-AM News)- Two lives were lost in a crash at a rural Minnesota intersection over the weekend.

A pick-up truck, which was transporting two occupants, was involved in the late-night crash.
It was one of three fatal crashes reported throughout the state on Saturday. The three fatalities claimed four lives.

Alcohol use was suspected in the two other crashes, according to the State Patrol. One occurred in eastern-Minnesota’s Pine County and the other happened outside of the Fargo-Moorhead area.

Driver Ejected, Passenger Trapped in Rural Minnesota Crash That Claimed Two Lives
A news release issued Sunday afternoon by the Redwood County Sheriff’s Office says deputies and first responders were dispatched to the deadly crash shortly after 10:00 Saturday night.
It happened at the intersection of Jade Ave. and Redwood County Rd. 15, which is about 40 miles southeast of Marshall.
The news release says the driver was ejected from the pick-up and that the passenger was found trapped inside of the vehicle. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities are describing the occupants as males. Their names have not yet been released.
No other information is available. The Redwood County Sheriff’s Office says the fatal crash is under investigation.
