Pedestrian Dies After Being Hit by Vehicle in Owatonna Hit-and-Run
Owatonna, MN (KROC-AM News)- Authorities in Owatonna are investigating a fatal hit-and-run involving a pedestrian.

Very little information has been released as of Thursday morning. The deadly incident happened on Wednesday.
Authorities closed the road while processing the scene. The road closure was announced around 10:15 a.m. and ended shortly after 3:00 Wednesday afternoon.
Police Investigating Fatal Hit and Run in Owatonna, MN
A news release issued by the Owatonna Police Department says officers were dispatched to the fatality in the 4500 block of Steele County Rd. 45 North, which is near the Camping World RV dealership in Owatonna.
Police described the scene as a “hit-and-run pedestrian fatality.” Authorities have not yet identified the pedestrian.
Police did not say whether or not the pedestrian died at the scene or was brought to a hospital.
Investigators have also not yet said if the driver has been identified or located. Officials plan to release more information at a later time.
