Fatal Incident at Rural Austin Property
Albert Lea, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Freeborn County Sheriff's Department is investigating a deadly incident that occurred Saturday night at a social gathering at a rural property west of Austin.
A statement says 30-year-old Alex Tapp of Austin was struck by a SUV that was being driven across a pasture on a farm about 3 miles northwest of Austin. Tapp was pronounced dead at the scene.
Other details, including information about the driver of the vehicle, have not been released.
