
Spring Valley Man Arrested for Downtown Rochester Hit & Run That Injured Pedestrian
Officers responded to the incident around 11:40 Monday night. Authorities had to track down both the victim and suspect.
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A Spring Valley man is in custody for a hit and run involving a pedestrian in Rochester.

That’s according to Rochester Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson.
Officers responded to the incident around 11:40 Monday night. Authorities had to track down both the victim and suspect.

Man Struck by Vehicle in Downtown Rochester Hit-&-Run, Police Track Down & Arrest Suspect
Grayson says the hit-and-run occurred in the 100 block of 1st St. NE downtown Rochester.
The pedestrian hit by the vehicle had left the area on foot. Officers found the man nearby and he received treatment for non-life-threatening injuries, Grayson said.
Police found the vehicle about a mile away from the scene and took the driver, identified as 45-year-old Adam Bussman, into custody on suspicion of criminal vehicular operation, according to Grayson.
The police report indicates he was suspected of driving while impaired.
Bussman’s first court appearance has not yet been scheduled. The name of the hit-and-run victim has not been released.
