Hollywood Has Run Out Of Ideas

It’s official:  Hollywood is out of original ideas.   We’ve always known that Tinseltown has a history of doing remakes and sequels and movie versions of TV shows…but now they are moving on to the world of board games.

For instance, there are upcoming movies in the works based on popular games such as: Monopoly, Hungry Hungry Hippos and Candy Land.  If those are successful (and I'm guessing they probably will be), then it's only a matter of time before we see movies about Cribbage, Old Maid and Chutes & Ladders.

Oh boy, where can I get my tickets?
